Srijana Shrestha

Srijana was born in Nepal lived and trained to teach yoga and meditation at Holistic Yoga Ashrama in Kathmandu which was established by her Grandfather in 1993, so yoga for her has been a way of life from an early age.

She was also introduced to Vipassana meditation by her family to help with her studies which enabled her to appreciate the benefits that meditation can bring regarding concentration and the understanding of the nature of mind.

She has also been fortunate to receive Reiki-I course from her father. She has been handed down traditional therapeutic and beauty skills from her mother such as head massage, eyebrow threading, facial, henna treatment for hair, and much more.

Rod Ball

Srijana and Rod first met when he stayed at Holistic Yoga Ashrama in Kathmandu in 1998. Together, they've established Holistic Yoga Centre, Ipswich in 2013 with the aim to teach yoga as they believe it was originally intended to be taught, focusing on all aspects of yoga.
