All classes offer students a balanced program to stretch and flex the body.  Hatha Yoga includes Asana (Physical Postures) Pranayama (Breath Control) and Deep Relaxation. With Mat Pilates, exercises are mostly performed on the mat, sometimes using small pieces of equipments.

Meditation

Meditation can be looked upon as a means of increaing spirituality, as a means of reducing stress or depression or simply as means of exploring different levels of expansion. Meditation may require something that the mind can focus on - a mental device. Beginners often find that using the breath as the point of focus is simple to practice and a good way of starting.

Pranayama

The Yogic breathing techniques for improving natural health and vitality, which prove to be a means of alleviating symptoms and improving respiration generally is known as Pranayama.
